Key Responsibilities:
1. Application & Software Support
- Install, configure, and maintain business applications such as Kahil. GreytHR, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Provide user support and training for software applications.
- Coordinate with software vendors for system updates, troubleshooting, and license renewals.
- Monitor application performance and report system errors or downtime to management.
- Ensure data integrity, regular backups, and compliance with IT security policies.
2. Hardware & Network Support
- Set up and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware malfunctions and connectivity issues.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets, including procurement, tagging, and disposal.
- Manage network connections, cabling, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems to ensure stable connectivity.
- Coordinate with external IT service providers for hardware repairs or upgrades.
3. Security & Maintenance
- Ensure antivirus, firewalls, and security patches are updated across all systems.
- Implement data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Monitor and maintain system backups and restore procedures.
- Support management with IT audits and compliance documentation.
4. General IT Administration
- Respond promptly to IT support requests from staff through tickets, calls, or emails.
- Document and track IT incidents, actions taken, and resolutions.
- Assist in planning and executing system upgrades or migrations.
- Support all branches of DOC Medical Center with on-site or remote troubleshooting.
