IT Support Officer

We need IT Support Officer who will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, surveillance system and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems within the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues.

· Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.

· Help maintain and troubleshoot network connections, including Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewall, and LAN setups.

· CCTV/ IP cameras DVR/ NVR Installation.

· Hands-on experience on Free NAS/ True Nas. Network security & Networking Designing & cabling.

· Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

· Monitor IT systems to ensure data security, backup and recovery.

· Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.

· Document IT procedures and configurations.

· Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and recommend upgrades or new systems as needed.

· Provide training and technical guidance to users as required.

· Collaborate with external vendors for IT- related services and support.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Minimum of 3 -4 Years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

· Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.

· Experience in CCTV installation. (NVR/DVR/PSS)

· Knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and cybersecurity best practices.

· Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
