Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT Support Officer to provide first-line IT support across Warehouse Gym locations. This role focuses on supporting gym operations, including access gate systems, Wi-Fi connectivity, business applications, and end-user devices, ensuring smooth daily operations for both staff and members.
All complex or unresolved issues must be documented and escalated to the IT Manager for further investigation or vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities1. End-User & Site Support
- Provide Level 1 IT support to staff across Warehouse Gym locations
- Manage IT incidents and service requests via ticketing system, phone, email, or on-site visits
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support gym staff during operational hours to minimize downtime
2. Warehouse Gym Systems Support
Provide first-level support for gym operational systems including:
Access Control & Gate Systems
- Basic troubleshooting when gates are not responding
- Perform connectivity and power checks
- Log incidents and escalate to the IT Manager when required
Gym Management Applications
(POS systems, membership platforms, reporting tools)
- Resolve user access issues
- Perform basic functionality checks
- Document and escalate issues to the IT Manager when necessary
Wi-Fi Support
Troubleshoot connectivity issues affecting:
- Front desk operations
- Staff devices
- Member Wi-Fi access
Perform basic diagnostics and escalate complex issues.
3. Microsoft & Device Support
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint – basic level)
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding (account creation, device setup, access permissions)
- Install, configure, and maintain:
- Desktop and laptop computers
- Printers, scanners, and peripherals
- Perform routine IT system health checks across gym locations
4. Operations & Coordination
- Collaborate with Operations, Facilities, and external vendors under the guidance of the IT Manager
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues with proper documentation
- Maintain IT asset inventory and incident records
- Follow Warehouse Gym IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures
Required Skills & Knowledge
Basic knowledge of:
- Windows operating systems and computer hardware
- Networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing)
- Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
Basic troubleshooting experience with:
- Access gates / access control systems
- Gym management or business applications
- On-site Wi-Fi connectivity issues
Additional skills:
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Analytical troubleshooting ability
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 0–2 years of IT support experience
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, or CCNA (basic networking) are an advantage
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Own car (mandatory)

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
