Unity Films Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic media and film production company dedicated to creating impactful visual stories. We are currently expanding our team and seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join us at our Rawalpindi office.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support across the organization. The ideal candidate will assist in resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, routers, and other peripherals.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to systems and software.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with administrative and creative teams to support their IT needs.
• Maintain IT inventory and ensure all equipment is functioning optimally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (degree must be completed).
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in IT support and/or administrative roles.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, etc.)
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and standard office software
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems efficiently
• Male candidates only (as per job requirement)
• Must be based in or willing to commute daily to Satellite Town, Rawalpindi
• Maximum age: 27 years
