IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to ensure the uninterrupted and secure operation of our terminal operations by effectively managing our IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining the continuity of information systems and technology infrastructure, responding to user requests in a timely manner, and supporting operational processes. The position covers a broad technical scope, ranging from application support and network management to end-user support and information security practices.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the terminal’s fixed and wireless network infrastructure to ensure operational continuity,

• Manage and support Microsoft Client and Server operating systems,

• Implement and maintain LAN, WAN, VLAN configurations and wireless security applications,

• Monitor and manage firewall and network security applications,

• Manage Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Site-to-Site VPN configurations,

• Support terminal operating systems, satellite applications, backup, and security systems,

• Provide support for IP telephony infrastructure and all office technical equipment,

• Provide technical support for end-user computers, mobile devices, HHTs, and industrial computers,

• Execute change management and service desk operations in accordance with ITIL processes,

• Utilize network monitoring tools and report on system performance,

Your Profile:

• University degree in a relevant field,

• At least 2 years of experience in IT (helpdesk experience is an advantage),

• Experience with LAN, WAN, VLAN, and wireless security,

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and firewall/network security applications,

• Knowledge and experience with IP telephony, cabling, and IT infrastructure,

• Familiarity with ITIL processes,

• Good command of English,

• Willingness to work in shifts,

• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, results-oriented and systematic working approach, ability to work collaboratively within a team, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset,
