Position Summary:
Japainfocell LLC WU is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our team in Al Wakrah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, application, and connectivity problems in a timely manner.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across company systems.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and backup systems.
• Assist in the setup and deployment of new devices and software.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures for internal use.
• Ensure data security, system updates, and antivirus protection are up to date.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software support when necessary.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on IT systems and best practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS environments and Microsoft Office 365.
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and IT security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in a corporate or telecom-related environment is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Service Desk tools).
• Experience with cloud services and backup solutions.
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge is a plus.

Work Environment:
Office-based role in Al Wakrah with occasional on-site support across departments.
