Schedule

• Full-time role
• Standard business hours (with occasional on-call support if needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
• Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Support user account management (password resets, access control)
• Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues when needed
• Maintain documentation of IT processes and solutions
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and backups
• Ensure data security and compliance with IT policies

Skills for This Role

• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and common business applications
• Basic networking (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP)
• Help desk/ticketing systems experience
• Hardware and software installation

Requirements
