We are seeking driven, detail-obsessed IT Level 1 Support Specialists based in Pakistan to join our high-performance technical support team serving our organization and clients.You will work within a structured and fast-paced IT environment — supporting end users with troubleshooting, account management, system access, and technical issues. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on consistency, competes to be the best, and is always thinking ahead like an entrepreneur.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets via ticketing system
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
• Perform user account management (Azure, EntraID, email, application access etc.)
• Work within established IT workflows and ticketing systems with 100% accuracy
• Collaborate closely with L2 support teams and escalate complex issues promptly
• Document all support interactions and solutions in knowledge base

Pay: Up to Rs70,000.00 per month
