The role is responsible for managing and supporting IT systems and applications across retail showrooms, warehouses, and Head Office locations. The candidate will handle hardware and software support, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth and uninterrupted IT operations across all locations.
Responsibilities:
· Installing, configuring, and updating software, hardware, and networks.
· Manage and administer access to Biometric, Shopper value, Soundtrack, and various CMS platforms (Navoori, Xibo, Xiaohui Cloud, VNOX).
· Manage TeamViewer access for POS systems.
· Support D365 POS installation and support.
· Maintain and update IT showroom asset lists.
Showroom & Warehouse IT Support:
· Provide comprehensive support for showroom and warehouse IT systems.
· Troubleshoot and resolve D365 F&O POS issues across all stores.
· Support PDT devices and applications used in stores.
· Assist end users with biometric device and matrix system support.
Events & Project Support:
· Provide IT support for events, including installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
· Coordinate IT hardware installations for showroom projects, working with vendors, the maintenance department, and the operations team.
Digital Signage & Retail Technology Support:
· Install and support digital signage devices, ensuring network connectivity and coordination with respective vendors.
· Provide support for people counting devices and Shopper value systems in coordination with the vendor support team.
Security & Surveillance Support:
· Provide network and system support for all CCTV installations across locations.
· Assist in ELV installation projects, working closely with vendors.
· Checking and installation of the security tools and monitoring.
Printer support for various head office and showroom locations.
Experience:
· Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role preferably in the GCC
· Experience in IT support, especially within a retail or showroom environment.
· Strong knowledge of access management, digital signage solutions, and enterprise applications.
· Ability to troubleshoot and support biometric devices, POS systems, and digital signage networks.
· Knowledge of Endpoint Security and EDR Solutions such as Sophos.
· Knowledge of Networking Concepts and experience with Hardware Required and asset management, ELV systems.
· Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
· Onsite support across multiple showrooms and warehouse locations.
