Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, servers, and other technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and operating systems
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
• Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support to end-users.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Maintain system security through firewalls, antivirus, and patch management.
• Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software support.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies & security standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• CCNA (Preferred)
