IT & Systems Analyst

Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company is a state-owned real estate developer established in 2005 by the Qatar Investment Authority. It focuses on large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in Qatar and internationally, with flagship projects such as Lusail City and major investments across more than 20 countries.

Overview

The IT & Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, supporting, and improving enterprise IT systems. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring systems run efficiently and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

System Analysis & Support

Analyze current IT systems and business processes

Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

Provide Level 2/3 support for business-critical applications

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors

Systems Integration

Work on integration between platforms (ERP, CRM, document management systems)

Ensure data consistency and smooth workflows across systems

Support API integrations and middleware solutions

Requirements Gathering

Collaborate with departments (finance, HR, projects)

Translate business requirements into technical specifications

Document workflows, use cases, and system changes

Implementation & Testing

Assist in system upgrades, patches, and new implementations

Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system validation

Ensure minimal disruption during system rollouts

Security & Compliance

Ensure systems comply with IT policies and cybersecurity standards

Manage user access, roles, and permissions

Support audits and risk assessments

Reporting & Optimization

Generate reports and dashboards for management

Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
