IT Systems Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Systems Specialist to support and

coordinate the company’s technical systems and infrastructure. The role

includes working with different software platforms such as membership systems,

point of sale, finance systems, and HR systems, while also supporting technical

project requirements such as cameras, internet networks, access gates, mobile

applications, and other related technologies. The ideal candidate should have a

good understanding of system coordination, technical support, and operational

technology needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the connection between the company’s operational and administrative systems.
  • Work with software providers to improve integration between membership systems, POS,

finance, and HR platforms.

  • Monitor system performance and report technical issues when needed.
  • Provide technical support for day-to-day system and hardware issues.
  • Assist in setting up technical requirements for new branches or projects.
  • Follow up on internet connectivity, network devices, CCTV systems, access gates, and

other technical equipment.

  • Support mobile applications and other digital tools used by the business.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for installations, maintenance, and

technical support.

  • Maintain proper records of systems, devices, user access, and technical documentation.
  • Help ensure all technical systems are functioning properly to support business

operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information

Systems, or related field.

  • Experience in handling business systems, technical support, or IT operations.
  • Good understanding of software systems, networks, and technical equipment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, finance systems, HR systems, and mobile applications is

preferred.

  • Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments.
  • Good command of English. Arabic is a plus.
