IT & Systems Support Officer

Job Description

The IT & Systems Support Officer will ensure smooth operation of IT systems, hardware, software, and network support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to staff and operations
  • Maintain IT systems, hardware, and software
  • Troubleshoot network and system issues
  • Ensure data security and system availability
  • Coordinate with vendors and IT teams

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
  • 2–4 years hands-on IT support experience

Required Skills

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of networks, systems, and IT tools
  • Problem-solving and service-oriented mindset
