IT Technical Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various technical positions. The Technical Recruiter will also manage the recruitment process, build relationships with hiring managers, and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent. Additionally, the Technical Recruiter will collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Technical Recruiting skills
• Experience in Recruiting and strong Communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
