Essential Qualifications & Skills:

Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair PC Hardware, Printers, and other IT peripherals.

Install networking equipment such as Network Cabling, Network Switches, Access Points and Network Printers etc. when required.

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain all approved collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, WinZip/WinRAR, McAfee Virus Scan, client etc.

Provide 2nd layer support related to Advanced Troubleshooting.

Analyze problems and develop creative solutions by research and vendor resources.
-
Register, prioritize and follow up all tasks using IT ServiceDesk application.

Follow standard IT ServiceDesk procedures to support users within the time specified to avoid SLA violations.

Follow strictly and perform preventive maintenance tasks effectively as scheduled.

Perform appropriate hardware and software upgrades.
-
Monitor, analyze and report reliability and performance issues.
-
Participate in different project tasks as assigned.
-
Provide occasional after-hours and weekend support.

Continuous working experience with similar Hardware and Software environment.

Microsoft Operating Systems.
-
Microsoft Office Suite.
-
Hardware Installation/Troubleshooting.

Software Installation/Troubleshooting.
-
LAN/WLAN Troubleshooting.
Requirements:
-
University Graduate (Masters/Bachelors in Computer Sciences/Engineering).

Hardware Diploma (A+ or equivalent).
-
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred.
-
Inter Connecting Cisco Devices (ICND) preferred.
