Responsibilities
- Updating of complaints and errors in the software/system/records and acknowledging the receipt of the item for repair.
- Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations and suggest the time and material cost estimates before resolving the issue according to the time frames set by the organization.
- Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment on time.
- Reading the repair manuals and liaising with other professionals if necessary for resolving the technical issues and make sure that the issues are resolved before delivering to the customer.
- Repairing or replacing faulty equipment, sourcing replacement parts, negotiating with suppliers and clients for getting the best price.
- On time delivery as per the estimated time frames given to the customer.
- Keeping abreast of advancements in technical field and attending workshops as required for improving knowledge and skills.
- Sharing the daily, weekly, and monthly reports along with participating in the weekly monthly meeting. Understanding the customers complaints by asking relevant questions to the customer
Experience
- Min. 1 yrs. UAE experience in repairs and replacements
- Experience in time, task & budget-based working
- Ability to Plan, Manage, Influence, and Coordinate.
Education
- BSC Computer Science / CCNA / Network Engineering
- Technical Skills, Communication Skills,
- Knowledge of the Industry Standards and Practices.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
