Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Support SAP end-users, troubleshoot SAP-related problems, and coordinate with external SAP support teams when needed.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and roles within SAP.
- Assist in data backups, updates, and system monitoring.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
- Ensure IT systems comply with company security and operational standards.
- Document IT procedures and provide user training as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IT Technician.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (user management, troubleshooting, or module exposure).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and IT hardware.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP ERP modules (MM, SD, HR, or FICO)
- Basic understanding of SQL or database management
- Experience in IT support within a corporate environment
Requirement:
- Qatar Driving License
- NOC transfer sponsorship
