Key ResponsibilitiesOdoo System Administration & Support
- Manage, configure, and maintain various Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Purchase, Manufacturing).
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of Odoo applications.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to users, troubleshoot errors, and resolve functional and technical issues.
Customization & Development
- Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.
- Develop or oversee development of custom modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate Odoo with external applications via API / Web Services.
Implementation & Upgrades
- Lead or assist in Odoo implementation, configuration, data migration, and testing.
- Perform system upgrades and apply patches while ensuring minimal downtime.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide training and documentation.
IT Infrastructure & General Support
- Support basic IT tasks: networks, hardware/software installation, user accounts, and security.
- Ensure data integrity, backups, and system security protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors or third-party Odoo partners when needed.
