Role Overview
As an ITSM Service Desk Engineer at Alykas, you'll provide exceptional technical support to clients by resolving IT issues quickly and professionally. You'll work across Windows and macOS environments, troubleshoot connectivity and software issues, and support cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot OS, network, and application issues on Windows/macOS.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps, Active Directory, and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
• Collaborate with senior engineers on escalated issues and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of IT support experience (preferably in Managed Services).
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, and server environments.
• Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal - are a strong advantage.
• Certifications such as CompTIA At, Network+ or Microsoft MCP are preferred.
• Fluent English or Advanced English & communication skills, both written and verbal essential for working with Alykas’s international clients
