Job Title: IVF Clinic Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled IVF Clinic Nurse to join our advanced fertility care team at a well-established IVF clinic located in the heart of Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will support assisted reproductive procedures, coordinate patient care, and provide emotional support to couples undergoing fertility treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during IVF, IUI, embryo transfer, and egg retrieval procedures
• Prepare patients for fertility treatments and explain procedures clearly
• Administer medications, injections, and hormone therapies as prescribed
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Ensure strict adherence to sterility and infection control protocols
• Coordinate with embryologists, doctors, and counselors for smooth treatment cycles
• Provide patient education, reassurance, and emotional support throughout treatment
• Monitor patients post-procedure and report any complications promptly

Qualifications & Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
• Valid State Nursing Council registration
• Minimum 1 year experience in IVF / fertility clinic / OBG / OT (preferred)
• Freshers with IVF training may also apply
• Knowledge of ART protocols, OT procedures, and patient counseling
• Good communication skills in English and local languages
• Basic computer skills for EMR and documentation

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling IVF cycles and hormone injections
• Patient-centric approach with high empathy and professionalism
• Ability to work in shifts and handle sensitive situations
