IVF Counsellor

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily center operations, ensure smooth patient flow, and coordinate effectively between doctors, staff, and appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day floor and center operations
• Ensure smooth patient flow from registration to consultation
• Coordinate doctor schedules, appointments, and patient queues
• Supervise and guide the staff
• Handle patient queries and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain operational checklists and support inventory/consumable tracking
• Facilitate communication between doctors, nurses, embryologists, and admin teams

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare/clinic/hospital operations
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Ability to multitask and handle high patient traffic
• Customer-centric, organized, and detail-oriented
