Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to IVF inquiries and patient support.
• Counsel patients on IVF treatments, procedures, and services offered by the center.
• Maintain follow-up with patients and leads generated through digital platforms, referrals, or walk-ins.
• Provide accurate information and resolve patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to schedule appointments and consultations.
• Maintain CRM records and update patient details, call status, and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned targets for patient conversions and lead management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in IVF, fertility, or healthcare industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage).
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with patients with empathy and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and basic knowledge of CRM software.
• Graduate degree preferred (healthcare background will be an advantage).
