Job Purpose

To ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the premises by performing routine cleaning and janitorial duties, contributing to a safe and healthy working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain offices, classrooms, corridors, washrooms, and common areas
  • Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize floors, furniture, and fixtures
  • Ensure washrooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and hygienic at all times
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain waste collection areas
  • Refill water, soap, tissue, and cleaning supplies as required
  • Assist in setting up rooms for meetings, trainings, or events when needed
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum education: Primary or Middle pass (preferred)
  • Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning work is an advantage
  • Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods

  • Basic understanding of cleaning methods and use of cleaning materials
  • Time management and reliability
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Honest, cooperative, and hardworking attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
