Job Purpose
To ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the premises by performing routine cleaning and janitorial duties, contributing to a safe and healthy working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain offices, classrooms, corridors, washrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize floors, furniture, and fixtures
- Ensure washrooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and hygienic at all times
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain waste collection areas
- Refill water, soap, tissue, and cleaning supplies as required
- Assist in setting up rooms for meetings, trainings, or events when needed
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum education: Primary or Middle pass (preferred)
- Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning work is an advantage
- Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods
