Janitor/Cleaner

Seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitor / Cleaner to join our team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of commercial and residential buildings, ensuring all client properties are presented to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of offices, lobbies, corridors, staircases, washrooms, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Empty and sanitize trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper waste segregation.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to maintain spotless appearance.
• Restock washroom and cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Operate cleaning machinery (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, pressure washers) safely and efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages immediately.
• Support deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and other special janitorial projects as required.
• Comply with company health, safety, and hygiene procedures and Dubai Municipality regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of janitorial or cleaning experience (preferably within the UAE).
• Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and safe handling procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage).
• Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or after hours when needed.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
