The Client are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Head to lead retail and wholesale jewellery sales across Bahrain. The role is responsible for driving revenue, managing stores, expanding customer base, and delivering exceptional luxury retail experience. Candidates with strong knowledge of gold, diamond & gemstone jewellery and proven leadership experience in GCC are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue

Develop and execute annual sales strategy for jewellery business.

Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue targets.

Lead sales planning, promotions and pricing strategies.

Track KPIs and sales performance of all outlets.

Store & Operations Management

Oversee multiple jewellery showrooms in Bahrain.

Ensure high retail standards, merchandising and visual display.

Monitor inventory, stock levels and replenishment.

Coordinate with purchase & supply chain for product availability.

Team Leadership

Lead, train and motivate store managers & sales staff.

Conduct coaching, performance reviews and training on product knowledge & selling techniques.

Build a strong customer service culture.

Customer Experience

Maintain luxury service standards and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Handle VIP customer relationships and loyalty programs.

Resolve escalations and ensure smooth showroom operations.

Marketing & Branding

Develop marketing campaigns, festive promotions & store events.

Coordinate with digital & branding teams for product visibility.

Business Development

Identify new sales opportunities and expansion possibilities.

Build partnerships with local customers, corporates & influencers.

Requirements:

8+ years experience in jewellery retail (at least 3 years in leadership role).

Strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, certifications & making charges.

Experience managing multiple stores/teams.

Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

GCC experience preferred (Bahrain advantage).

Excellent communication in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.
