Jewelry Sale Executive - Diamond

We’re looking for a Diamond Jewelry Sales Executive to join our team

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Generation & Customer Service: Actively sell diamond jewelry, achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets. Offer personalized, expert advice on diamond quality (the 4Cs), design, and pricing to help customers make decisions.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build, maintain, and manage long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Product Knowledge & Presentation: Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of diamond collections, industry trends, and precious stones.
• Visual Merchandising & Inventory: Ensure displays are attractive, clean, and organized, maintaining the safety of merchandise. Assist with inventory, stock checks, and replenishment.
• Operations & Compliance: Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle customer queries professionally, and assist with sales promotions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, with a preference for luxury, jewelry, or diamond-specific, sales backgrounds.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of diamonds, precious stones, and jewelry craftsmanship.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Attributes: A polished, professional appearance, high integrity, and a passion for luxury sales.
• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
