Stock Controller (Jewellery experienced)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Stock Controller to join our growing team in Qatar. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with strong MS Excel skills who are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling inventory efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records.
  • Perform regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system data.
  • Maintain detailed reports of stock movements and discrepancies.
  • Prepare inventory analysis using advanced MS Excel tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure smooth stock operations.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock loss and improve efficiency.
  • Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on trends and sales reports.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of inventory items.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience as a Stock Controller.
  • Advanced-level MS Excel skills will also be considered.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory software and data entry.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be currently residing in Qatar with valid QID and NOC.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
