Job Description – MTO (Office Management)

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

· Act as the primary contact for partners via phone and email for workplace activities.

· Coordinate and finalize activity schedules.

· Manage doctors’ schedules for these activities.

· Handle material requests of these activities and ensure timely dispatch.

· Maintain billing records and process invoices accurately.

· Update and manage receivables sheets regularly.

· Ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirement:

· Bachelor’s degree.

· 1–2 years of experience in a MTO role.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
