Job Placement Officer Assistant

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Job Placement Officer Assistant to support our placement team and help job seekers achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Job Placement Officer in coordinating employment programs and services.
  • Maintain and update databases of job seekers, employers, and vacancies.
  • Communicate with clients to gather required documentation and information.
  • Support in organizing career fairs, workshops, and employer outreach activities.
  • Track and report on placement outcomes and program metrics.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a client-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in employment services, recruitment, or career counseling.
  • Knowledge of local labor market trends and employer networks.

Location: EME Lahore

Salary: 60,000-70,000 per month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
