Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage janitorial staff, and ensure high-quality standards across all areas. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of solar panel cleaning, deep cleaning, sofa cleaning, and safe use of chemicals and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect daily cleaning activities
• Manage and schedule janitorial staff
• Arrange backup staff when needed
• Oversee solar panel cleaning, deep cleaning, sofa shampooing, and floor care
• Ensure proper use of chemicals and cleaning equipment (scrubbers, vacuums, pressure washers, etc.)
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Keep records of cleaning materials, chemicals, and consumables

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in cleaning/housekeeping supervision
• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals and machinery
• Proven team management and shift scheduling experience
• Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility
• Good communication and reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
