Job Summary:

Office Automation Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive (ERP) to support users of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP concepts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze and resolve user issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support to end users on ERP-related queries and issues.
• Understand user requirements and translate them into clear, actionable solutions.
• Troubleshoot functional and basic technical issues within the ERP system.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue escalation and resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation of support tickets, resolutions, and FAQs.
• Ensure timely follow-up and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or a related discipline.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of ERP systems (functional and/or technical).
• Strong comprehension skills to understand business processes and user concerns.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Prior experience in ERP support or customer support roles.
• Familiarity with ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Inventory, or Operations.
