We are a fast-growing medical billing company helping healthcare providers maximize their revenue and eliminate administrative stress. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a high-energy Sales Representative who specializes in bringing in new clients.
Role Overview:
Your primary goal will be to bring in new medical billing clients, doctors, clinics, and healthcare practices by identifying opportunities, presenting our services, and securing contracts. This position is 100% focused on sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential healthcare providers through research, networking, and outreach.
- Cold Call and Follow Up: Initiate contact with practice owners, administrators, and decision-makers to introduce our billing services.
- Pitch and Present: Conduct sales presentations that clearly communicate the value of our medical billing solutions.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to signed contract.
- Build and Maintain Pipeline: Keep detailed records of leads, activities, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly client acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with Operations Team: Ensure smooth onboarding for newly signed clients.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (medical billing or healthcare industry experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a “hunter” mentality.
- Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and virtual selling.
- Ability to understand and convey the value of professional medical billing services.
- Organized and disciplined in managing leads, follow-ups, and performance metrics.
