International Sales Representative-POS

Job Title: Junior POS Consultant

Logix Solutions is currently hiring Junior POS Consultants, who will be directly involved in the sales process. The primary responsibility is to search different businesses through various platforms based in the U.S. and connect with them via outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify potential U.S.-based businesses through online research.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to promote POS solutions.
• Maintain minimum talk time of 3 hours per day.
• Build rapport and communicate effectively with business owners and decision-makers.
• Negotiate with clients to switch from their existing service providers.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and conversion targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Intermediate education required
• 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in cold calling, telemarketing, or POS sales).
• Candidates with prior POS industry experience and who have been closers previously may be offered enhanced salary and perks after the interview.
• Must be fluent in English with clear verbal communication.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Street smart and result-oriented attitude (must know how to sell).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence and professionalism in dealing with clients.
• High stress tolerance and persistence in achieving targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: PKR 55,000 – 75,000 (depending on experience and performance)
