Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and responsible Senior Accountant cum Office Manager to manage company accounts, oversee office operations, and coordinate closely with site teams. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MEP and Interior Fit-Out projects, along with the ability to maintain financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (expenses, income, A/R, A/P)

Record daily expenses in Excel and accounting software (Zoho or similar)

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

Monitor cash flow, payments received, and payments made

Handle invoicing, follow-ups, and reconciliation

Office Management

Supervise and manage office staff and daily operations

Maintain proper documentation and filing system (invoices, contracts, reports)

Ensure timely handling of office bills (Kahramaa, rent, internet, etc.)

Implement and maintain efficient administrative processes

Project & Site Coordination

Coordinate with foreman and site teams for daily updates

Ensure submission of daily work reports and progress updates

Prepare and review project reports (cost, materials, progress)

Track material usage and verify purchases against site requirements

Identify repeated or unnecessary material purchases and report discrepancies

Material & Cost Control

Maintain records of materials purchased and used for each project

Analyze material consumption and highlight cost variances

Ensure proper tracking of leftover materials and returns

Prepare detailed project cost analysis reports for management

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and office management

Mandatory experience in MEP and/or Interior Fit-Out industry

Strong knowledge of construction materials and project workflows

Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Zoho preferred)

Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Qatar/GCC market

Strong coordination and communication skills with site teams

Ability to prepare detailed project and cost reports independently
