Joiner - Carpenter

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications for furniture projects.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood and other materials with high accuracy and craftsmanship.
• Produce luxury-grade bespoke furniture, cabinetry, and woodwork in line with company quality standards.
• Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality, durability, and aesthetic requirements.
• Repair and restore wooden furniture as required.
• Collaborate with designers, production managers, and finishing teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Joiner, Carpenter, or Furniture Maker, preferably within a luxury furniture manufacturing setup.
• Strong technical skills in joinery techniques, wood finishing, and detailing.
• Ability to work with a wide range of materials, including solid wood, veneers, MDF, and laminates.
• Competence in using woodworking tools and machinery (CNC experience is a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in Dubai and adapt to a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Carpentry, Joinery, or Wood Technology (preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in joinery/furniture manufacturing, with exposure to luxury or bespoke projects.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
