JOINERY CARPENTER

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to execute joinery works accurately.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and finish wooden components for furniture, fixtures, partitions, doors, and other custom joinery items.
• Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assemble and install joinery items at project sites according to the design and quality standards.
• Conduct repairs, modifications, and finishing work as required.
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Collaborate with designers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.

QUALIFICATIONS& REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Joinery Carpenter in the UAE.
• Proficiency in working with various types of wood, laminates, and veneers.
• Ability to use woodworking tools and machines, such as saws, drills, planers, and sanders.
• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, joinery methods, and finishing standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work with precision.
