Joinery Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Joinery Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in estimating costs for bespoke joinery projects, including kitchens, doors, cabinetry, and interior fit-outs. You will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, liaising with suppliers, reviewing technical drawings, and supporting project planning to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery projects based on drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Review technical drawings and project requirements for accurate estimations.
• Assist project managers with budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure all estimates are realistic, feasible, and in line with company standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Joinery Estimator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, processes, and costing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation software (AutoCAD or similar is a plus).
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
