JOINERY ESTIMATOR

We are seeking a detail-oriented Joinery Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates and support tendering for joinery and fit-out projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for joinery and fit-out projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Calculate material quantities, labor, machinery, and overhead costs
• Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams for pricing accuracy
• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Prepare tender submissions, value engineering, and cost comparisons
• Monitor cost variations and assist in budget control
• Maintain estimation records and pricing databases

Requirements:

• 2 – 7 years of experience as a Joinery Estimator in Joinery / Fit-Out industry
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and joinery drawings
• Proficiency in Excel and estimation tools (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage)
• Good negotiation and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• UAE experience preferred

Education:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or relevant field
