Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE

Position: Joinery Foreman
Experience: 8–10 years
Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 6,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily joinery factory operations and ensure production schedules are met.
• Allocate manpower, monitor productivity, and ensure high workmanship standards.
• Review drawings and coordinate with draftsmen and engineers for technical clarifications.
• Ensure proper material usage and reduce wastage.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the workshop.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in joinery fabrication and finishing works.
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in Joinery Factory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and cutting lists.
• Knowledge of machinery operations and maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
