Joinery & Interiors Technical Engineer

We are looking for a Joinery & Interiors Technical Engineer to ensure seamless execution of joinery and interior fit-out projects. You will work closely with the production/factory team, site teams, and designers to review, coordinate, and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality, efficient delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Review production and shop drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with design intent.

• Provide technical guidance to production and site teams to resolve issues before and during execution.

• Work closely with designers, draftsmen, and consultants to clarify design intent and offer practical solutions.

• Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth installation and quality compliance.

• Monitor joinery production processes and materials to maintain quality standards.

• Mentor junior engineers or team members in best practices and technical problem-solving.

Technical Skills & Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.

• 3–5 years UAE experience in joinery/interior fit-out, production coordination, and site execution.

• Strong understanding of joinery materials, hardware, finishes, and manufacturing processes.

• Ability to review and interpret production/shop drawings accurately.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with production, site, and design teams.
