Joinery Manager (wood workshop)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Joinery Manager to lead and manage our wood workshop operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client meetings, preparing proposals, reviewing drawings, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the joinery/wood workshop.

• Meet with clients, attend meetings, and finalize technical and financial details.

• Prepare quotations, estimates, and pricing for joinery works.

• Review and understand shop drawings and technical documents.

• Supervise production and ensure high-quality standards.

• Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Ensure timely delivery of joinery items as per project requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in joinery/wood workshop management in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of joinery production, materials, and market prices.

• Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• UAE driving license is an advantage.
