Job Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning & Coordination:
  • Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee both pre-production (planning) and production (control and supervision).
  • Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Estimate costs, allocate resources, and set quality standards.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules as required to meet deadlines.
  • Quality Control & Compliance:
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and industry specifications.
  • Implement and monitor quality control programs.
  • Conduct inspections and resolve production issues.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Factory & Team Management:
  • Supervise daily factory operations and manage production teams.
  • Assign personnel to projects in the factory and on-site.
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of workers.
  • Identify training needs and ensure workforce skill development.
  • Process Optimization & Efficiency:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Reduce waste and optimize production costs.
  • Oversee equipment selection, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure proper inventory management and procurement of materials.
  • Cross-Department Coordination:
  • Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Drafting, and Estimation teams.
  • Ensure alignment on project requirements, materials, and deadlines.
  • Liaise with suppliers, managers, and other departments for smooth workflow.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (required).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years in Production Management (required).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in supervising a high-end joinery and fit-out factory.
  • Strong expertise in furniture construction (doors, cabinets, wall paneling, etc.).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, material identification, and finishes.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of production workflows and problem-solving.
  • Language: Fluent in English & Arabic (required).
  • Other:
  • UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Candidates must be available in the UAE.
  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 12 hours daily
