Aluminium factory manager

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead our aluminum & glass facility in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering expertise with proven experience in factory operations and business development.

Requirements:

· 05+ years’ experience in the aluminum & glass industry.

· Degree in Industrial or Structural Engineering (or related field).

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Ability to acquire new projects and clients.

· Knowledge of quality, safety, and production systems.

Responsibilities:

· Manage daily factory operations and production efficiency.

· Lead teams and ensure quality and cost control.

· Develop strategies to grow factory output and profitability.

· Bring in new projects/business opportunities.

· Collaborate with other departments for smooth project delivery.
