Joinery Production Foreman – Wooden Doors, Wardrobes & Kitchen Cabinet

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Joinery Production Foreman to supervise the manufacturing and installation of wooden doors, wardrobes, and kitchen cabinets. The role requires strong technical knowledge, team leadership, and a focus on quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise day-to-day production in the joinery workshop.

· Oversee site installation of doors, wardrobes, and kitchen cabinets.

· Ensure compliance with shop drawings, cutting lists, and material specifications.

· Conduct in-process and final quality checks on all joinery works.

· Lead and train carpenters, machinists, and helpers.

· Coordinate material requisition, tool usage, and workflow efficiency.

· Enforce workplace safety and housekeeping.

· Prepare daily progress and manpower reports.
