Joinery production /Projet Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1 . Well - versed with carpentry Machinery.

2. Attention to Detailed drawing and finishes.

3 .Material Knowledge.

4 .Managerial supervision of the complete production line.

5. Oversee production planning and scheduling for joinery and fit-out projects.

6. Coordinate between design, production, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and quality control.

7. Manage project execution from start to finish – including resource planning, material procurement, and site supervision.

8. Review technical drawings and ensure production aligns with design specifications.

9. Monitor workshop operations, manpower, and machinery utilization.

10. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.

11. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update management.

12. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for site coordination and approvals.

13. Optimize material usage and minimize wastage.

14. Provide cost-effective solutions and suggestions to improve production efficiency.

Key Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

2. 5–8 years of experience in joinery/interior fit-out projects in the GCC preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of production processes, materials, and finishes in custom-made joinery.

4. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.

5. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

7. Preferable to join immediately

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
