Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with proven experience in the events and exhibitions industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the production and sales teams with pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for event and exhibition projects.

* Analyze project drawings, designs, and specifications.

* Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain material and labor costs.

* Collaborate with project managers, designers, and sales teams.

* Prepare budgets, cost summaries, and proposals.

* Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure profitability.

Requirements

* Proven experience as an Estimator in the events and exhibitions industry.

* Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication, and build processes.

* Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

* Proficient in MS Office and estimating software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar is a plus).

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.
