The Joinery Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising the installation and finishing of all joinery and fit-out works at the project site. The role ensures that all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards, while maintaining project timelines and site safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate joinery installation activities at site
  • Review and interpret shop drawings, ensuring correct measurements and alignment at site.
  • Coordinate with project engineers, designers, and production teams to resolve any discrepancies between site conditions and drawings.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of all joinery materials and finished products.
  • Monitor daily progress and report updates to the Project/Production Manager.
  • Manage site manpower, including carpenters, polishers, and helpers.
  • Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce health & safety compliance.
  • Ensure work quality and finishes meet company standards and client expectations.
  • Record site attendance, material usage, and prepare daily activity reports.
  • Attend coordination meetings with main contractors and consultants as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in joinery or interior fit-out site supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, and installation techniques.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings, technical details, and specifications.
  • Good communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively.
  • UAE experience mandatory.
