Joinery Project Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Project Engineer with a strong background in Joinery. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling project execution from start to finish — including coordination with production & site teams, clients, and suppliers — to ensure timely and quality delivery of each project

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and controlling project execution (fabrication, logistics, erection).
• Coordinate with design/structural engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents.
• Monitor progress on site and in workshop; identify bottlenecks, propose mitigation.
• Track project costs, change orders, and variances.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, punch list, and commissioning support.
• Prepare project status reports, progress reports, and interfaces with management
