JOINERY SITE FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR

Urgently required SITE FOREMAN/SUPERVISOR with a strong background in Fitout / Joinery works. Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in Fitout / Joinery industry and a valid driving license. Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and project specifications.

· Manage and coordinate carpenters, painters, and other site workers.

· Ensure project timelines and quality standards are maintained.

· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding site progress.

· Monitor materials, tools, and equipment required for site work.

· Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company policies.

· Resolve site issues and report daily progress to management.

· Maintain proper documentation of site activities.

Qualification/skills required:

· Diploma / Technical qualification in Civil, Carpentry, Interior Fitout or related field preferred.

· Practical site experience mandatory will also be considered.

· Good knowledge of interior fitout and joinery works.

· Ability to read and understand technical drawings and site plans.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Salary:

AED 5000
