Joinery Site Supervisor

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Joinery Site Supervisor to for our client, to oversee joinery installation works on site in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality workmanship, smooth project execution, strict adherence to timelines, and full compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day joinery installation activities at project sites.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor manpower productivity.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, QS, and Factory teams.
• Attend site meetings with clients, main contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare daily site reports, snag lists, and progress updates.
• Inspect materials and installation quality to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Ensure proper joinery finishing and accurate installation.
• Identify defects and ensure timely rectification.
• Enforce HSE guidelines and Dubai safety standards at all times.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Track manpower deployment, daily schedules, and site progress.
• Manage material availability and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Maintain daily logs of site activities and progress.
• Report material shortages and site challenges promptly.
• Assist in project handover documentation and final inspections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven UAE experience in joinery or interior fit-out site supervision.
• Must have UAE Driving License
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and related site protocols.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
